I am starting this blog to record about this journey I am taking and to share with my family and friends about my life. I am starting to eat better and beginning to exercise more. I have tried this many times before but this time I am going to succeed. Starting weight was 375! This journey actually started 10/20/11 but my blog is starting today 12/7/11.
